Karen realized that she has a

Her advice to those that wish to connect with their deceased loved
ones is to:
- ask your deceased loved ones to
give you a 'without a doubt' sign (e.g. a true
visitation)
- be open to receive
- be patient
- the sign may be in the form that
they were on earth
- raise your vibration to be more on
par with the energy of what they are, e.g. they are only love and
peace, we need to be love and peace to connect, practice
forgiveness and be more compassionate

end
- we can create our own realities by
focusing our thoughts on what we want
