After Etienne experienced a severe infection in his heart and kidneys, he felt he couldn't survive. He panicked, because it felt like a death sentence. Etienne spent four days and nights in nature in the woods. He found that preparing to die brought him the clarity of total silence and he was able to heal his own body.
