Exploring her family's mental illness has enabled Victoria understand her mental health. As someone who identifies as a neuro-diverse person, she hopes that her story can help others. Victoria shares the following nuggets of life wisdom:
- become all of who we are
- most physical or mental health are inter-generational wounds
- treat ourselves before we can help others
- some differences in neuro-diversity may be advantageous for the collective
- creativity is part of the healing process
- sharing our stories can help heal even the past
