Amelia navigated life with PTSD and bipolar disorder. Writing has enabled her truth to come out and empowered her, where she no longer lives in silence and shame. Amelia feels there's hope to live the life that she's imagined. She shares the following nuggets of life wisdom:
- there's hope for us to live the life that we've imagined

- when we accept what is, it creates a shift of consciousness
