Regina's curiosity drove her to for exploration and need to
distance herself from her homelife took her to new lands and new
cultures. Her zest for adventure enabled her to sail a major
ocean. When Regina arrived in Antigua, she initially felt
lonely and isolated. However, she fell back on her own
strength and learned to trust others and herself. Regina
shares the following nuggets of life wisdom:
- sometimes, distance can help us to gain new perspective
- strive to have a zest for adventure
- we can trust others
- if we have an open heart, then we can receive what others have to
offer
